Concept XA alpha – “the wild urban” - young customers will love the muscular look and off-roading capability but want compactness – this concept showcases the unique rapport between Maruti and Suzuki.

Creating the concept is an enthralling experience. Concept for Indian youth, vehicle that captures the attitude of the user who want different and unique product – they want to have fun, celebrate life like adventure – we conducted extensive surveys in major cities and talked to this breed – the concept is thus compact, refined and personal.
We explored theme of Indian wrestling in designing the concept – old traditional martial art – explored in several directions – captures the true spirit of the martial art – sturdy and rugged looking – graphical treatment around the interlocking – headlamps inspired from eagle eyes – Lava red color is derived from the aura of Indian wrestling.
This is only a concept – customer response depends on whether it will go to production – this is made in the studio and still working on details – 5 MSIL designers – worked for 9 months with Suzuki in Japan to design it.
Concept is 4m long, 1.9m wide and 1.6m tall with a wheelbase of 2.5m.

I doubt whether half of this make it to the Actual version. Anyways a new Segment explore by Maruti.XA Alpha with 1.3 MJD Diesel Engine will be Amazing. Dimensions of th Concept is 4m long, 1.9m wide and 1.6m tall with a wheelbase of 2.5m which will help to price it competitively.
Happy that Companies are exploring min-SUVs which makes sense to pathetic India road conditions especially in Bangalore

I would like to say that this vehicle can easily carry the Gypsy brand tag and continue its legacy forward..
Cmon Maruti, not a two door car, it is a nightmare for the passenger on the rear seat. Gypsy was officialy my first love, but any one who had to sit in the back was ready to bite me with the discomfort of getting in&out.
