Finally the long awaited Hero Honda Karizma ZMR was launched here at the Hotel Leela Kempinski,Gurgaon. Media person from various media groups were present at the launch occasion. This is the first ever technical makeover/upgrade to the bike since its birth.
Apart from the changes done to the overall styling of the bike, the main enhancement to the technical specs of the bike is the introduction of the Programmed Fuel Injection along with the slight increase in the maximum power and torque of the bike which is 17.6 BHP @ 7000 rpm and 18.35 Nm@6000 rpm respectively.The bike also features new 240 mm rear disc brake.
The bike has feaures like maintenece free battery, RTMI (real time Mileage Indicator) and a bank angle sensor which can be seen on Honda’s CBF Stunner PGM-FI conributing to better safety and slashing maintenance costs.
The new Hero Honda Karizma will be available in 5 colors, namely Panther black, Sports Red, Vubrant Blue, Moon Yellow and Peral White. With an ex-showroom price of 91,000 in Delhi, performance bike cravers are going to be licking their lips.

hi i m the 4th person to buy this bike in delhi yesterday met with an accident and ma bike was bewlow the truck for around 800 MTERS but no internal damage still performing the same average about 50 55 kmpl other thn this the damage was seruosly like very minor nufin broke but yea nned to apent 15000 but those who saw accident were saying saab a[pki bike to khatam hi ho gai hogi
but its still same

Yes, Karizma is a very better bike comparative to others. As per look and as per performance In short we can say overall KARIZMA is AWESOME in new look.
At last i have not specific words for KARIZMA’s, because description is enough, but performance is not enough, KARIZMA perform continue more ‘n’ more, more than over expectation.
I Luv HERO HONDA KARIZMA too much.

the only defect i am expecting is “There is no safety bumper or safety rod back to front wheel”. Time & Future is uncertain if any bad happens like a small accident can destroy the side dome of karizma ZMR….. which is too bad.

@Bharat- Buddy, this bike is not out on roads yet so therefore its not possible to provide the mileage of the bike.. Probably by the end of this month this bike would be on for sale all over. We’ll definitely provide a thorough test ride review of this bike to all our readers as soon as its out.

It is amazing and mind blowing when it comes to sports look every one loves it but the only defect i am expecting is “There is no safety bumper or safety rod back to front wheel”. Time & Future is uncertain if any bad happens like a small accident can destroy the side dome of karizma ZMR….. which is too bad. And I would like to know more details about mileage of this bike no where it was mentioned. But everybody loves this bike………

karizma is my favorite bike.But i am very happy to see the news of new karizma fi.it is very very beautiful guy.what a sporty look.i am sure it will be the best bike in india.91,000 is not a big price for new karizma because it contain all the facilities than pulsar 220 dtsi anf dts fi.So nobody can’t beat karizma.KARIZMA IS MY HERO.New model karizma is awesome.

@ All- Considering the fact that this bike has got its first technical makeover since the time it was launched, i personally expected more fromt this bike specially in terms of power,17.6 BHP is not much for an engine of this much capacity. Coming to the looks,the rear of the bike somewhat looks similar to that of CBZ-xtreme, the bike looks great when looked from the front but it wasn’t that impressive when looked fromt the side-on position. The best thing i liked about this bike was its digital console.
lets wait and watch what kind of response this bike gets when its finally out roads.

Apart from looks, performance factor will also affect the sales of ZMR-Fi because there is only difference of 0.6bhp then its older carbureted sibling, that too at price tag of Rs.91000/-(ex-showroom Delhi)
The bike does not look all that bad as we thought it does. Good job.
