A giant screen in Geneva reckons it will host the new Polo's D-day

The next-generation VW Polo, which will be built at VW’s plant in Chakan, might be unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show which begins tomorrow.

The stylish VW polo shares design key features with the bigger and more powerful Golf, is the German’s candidate and contestant against tough opponents like the Suzuki Swift and Hyundai i20, with a fuel efficient diesel engine next year.

Autoweek suggests that the basic Polo will be displayed at Geneva, and the Bluemotion and GTI versions will be unveiled at subsequent auto shows during this year.
