After many recent launches like the i20, Sonata Transform and Verna Automatic, Hyundai Motors is getting ready for its next launch. Hyundai plans to bring its successful American SUV, the Santa-Fe to India.
It is expected to hit Indian roads by March 2009 but its pricing for Indian market has not been revealed yet. However, the estimated price of the model is around Rs. 23-26 Lakhs. Santa Fe would be competing with Honda CR-V – the segment leader, Chevrolet Captiva, Mitsubishi Outlander, Nissan X-Trail etc. Its expected that Hyundai will bring both, Petrol as well as diesel options in Santa-Fe.
