So, we have always been expecting to see the Honda Jazz for quite a while now and its still not here in India. Honda has just announced plans to develop an all new small car especially for emerging markets like India.
This small car will be launched in two to three years time to meet demand in emerging economies, Chief Executive Takeo Fukui told a news conference on Wednesday. Expect the car to be shown as a concept in 2009-2010 and then enter production in end 2010-early 2011.
The new model will slot in under the Jazz/Fit which is presently the marque’s smallest hatchback unless you consider the K-cars produced specially for the Japanese market like the Honda Life, pictured above.

Why doesn’t Honda consider the manufacturing of a three wheel motorcycle engine powered all seasonal unit like the Wildfire WF-650-C and the 650-T, which is currently built by Taixing Sandi Motorcycle Co., LTD of China.
This particular unit is a solid hot item in a majority of the countries except the United States. United States is a wide open market for such a simple form of an all seasonal transportation at a reasonable cost. The Taixing Wildfire 650- C & T would be a top seller item with the proper marketing and a proven named company, such as Honda, in the production thereof.
A similar unit manufactured by Honda would corner the market in the United States. In considering the out look of gasoline increasing to never before experienced prices in the United States. A Honda all seasonal motorcycle engine powered vechile, that would suit the daily family needs, would be the # 1 form of interest to every cost conscious consumer in the United States.
