All of us understand what the Chinese are capable of, don’t we. They get into all varieties of problems with auto manufacturers across the planet, and even after a few of their creations were forbidden from entering countries in Europe, they still won’t and can’t give up- Proof- An ATV derived from the Dodge Tomahawk by one proud Chinese firm.
The Tomahawk motorcycle was a concept bike built by Dodge which loaned its engine from the Dodge Viper Sportscar. The 8.3L V10 motor churned out 500HP, which took the bike to 60mph in about a second, but the Chinese double isn’t anywhere close. The 150cc that hides under all that lead-soaked paint and plastic produces a modest 10HP.

Probably, the only acceptable similarities the two vehicles hold, is that both are not street-legal. $1,500, and it’s all yours. The site claims it’s “One of a kind,” so make a fast decision!

it looooooook awsum and its style is fab
can it would be mine?
it’s a excellent car.
it’s a nice car.
what a complete waste of money and resources . What the hell were they thinking when they designed and built that thing . you can’tget redesign a motor bike other than a trike or atv ,and why the hell would you want to drive some thing as hiddeous and dangerous as that.
The Dodge Tomahawk cannot turn at speed. It can’t lean like a bike, because it’s a two-track vehicle, and it can’t turn like a car, because it’s too narrow, so it will fall on its side. There is a REASON that those can’t be driven. Now, Make the wheels a little wider, and keep the thing under 10HP, and perhaps it would work?
Obsession is quite correct about the Tomahawk, it was originally a car show display vehicle only, but there was supposedly such an incredible demand from wealthy collectors that Dodge was supposed to have built 50 for sale, STRICTLY as collectors items, not intended for street use, although they ARE fully functional except supposedly not coming with a driveshaft, because of LIABILITY reasons. after all, these would make a maxed out hayabusa look like a rickshaw with square wheels. top end is Estimated at 300mph +. MIGHT be a few street drivable vehicles that could beat it off the line, even the first 50-100 feet, but remember, “There’s NO replacement for Displacement!”. selling these WITHOUT a CYA contract would be begging for a lawsuit the first time somebody rode it, in spite of the fact that it’s the equivilent of driving a funny car on the street. there are rumors that more than one have been run on the long highways in texas, tho.
The Dodge Tomahawk is a street legal vehicle/Bike. The problem one faces with the tomahawk is that if u want to buy one, u sigh a contract with Dodge that u will not actually ride the thing! Yes, go do some research on this. U can buy it, BUT NOT ride it, and if u feel like selling it, u are only allowed to sel this back to Dodge themselves.
