Although, Honda Siel is not interested in discussing about the 2012 Honda CR-V’s Indian launch, we are pretty sure that it is coming next year through the CKD route (duh!).
But Honda has already launched the new CR-V in USA with a lot of enthusiasm and marketing dollars. In this commercial, they are promoting a new concept called a ‘Leap-List’.
VW commercial always tickle your funny bone whether they are made in India or abroad. The company is known to push the boundaries of creativity (and sometimes beyond) with their advertisements. In this new VW Up! commercial the company is mocking all things that are BIG.
The Up!, though taller than the Polo, is the smallest car in the VW portfolio. Clearly, the advert goes to great length to explain how small is the new big. Have a look.
Any responsible husband will tell you that family comes first. In extreme cases the exotic curling up in his garage could rate equally to a loved one. Manufacturers are quick to sense this commonly observed weakness in the car-loving man to showcase its product as one they will brag about and get mesmerized in even in the most sensitive situations.
In certain times it leads to a good laugh, but we’re certain the latest Volkswagen Passat (NMS) commercial has not amused every Canadian resident.
Watch the commercial and tell us if Volkswagen has crossed the line. Does Volkswagen mean to say the NMS driver is irresponsible like he’s shown in reel life?
It is no secret that Volkswagen fills the deep void below the Polo using the Up! unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show two months ago. The VW Up! needs a diesel engine before it can flood Indian roads.
Another imperative requirement is four fully functional doors that allow access to the cabin. The production models showcased had two (plus one for the boot). The Cross Up! concept had five doors but no one had seen a production-ready version with extra doors, until now!
Volkswagen is featuring the five door variant on commercials and promotions. The video provides a glimpse of the model in question, expected in India in the next couple of years.
The EON is all set to catch the Indian market by storm. Hyundai India has pointed its barrel at Maruti Suzuki’s Alto with the EON. Hyundai has also launched a TVC campaign to make sure that EON is a well known name in households.
Touted as ‘India ka naya Drive’ (the new drive of India), the EON has very strong potential to change the game completely. The song is pretty catchy, the visuals are amazing and the car is fantabulous.
At IAB, we very much like the Tata Manza because of it is spacious, comfortable, affordable and looks quite good too. We also like the TV ad for Manza featuring Tanuka Saan and his colleague figuring out why their product (any guesses which one?) is not as good as Tata Manza. Well now, Tanuka Saan is back with a bang!
This time Tanuka Saan is an undercover sardarji who is on a mission to find out why prospective customers are buying the Manza. Unfortunately, the colleague cocks it up again and gets beaten up by Tanuka Saan. Click on the video to find out why
In early August, Tata Motors introduced a bang for the buck 4×2 variant of the Aria Crossover which its hopes raise its game in the UV playground. Tata’s poor showing with the 4×4 model were blamed on many reasons like confused identity and high price.
The introductory media campaign showed two differently shaped vehicles colliding to form the Aria. Tata then aired videos showing its feature rich nature. The ads were very functional and did not have a sense of humor or excitement Tata ads usually contain in the hopes of going viral.
The new Ad campaign released this month is along the lines of the Tom Cruise flick Knight and Day. The rejuvenated campaign (thanks to Motoroids for the term), sticks to the old adage – Winners don’t’ do different things, they do things differently.” Showing some of its important features like the auto sensing wipers, ESP, 4X4 and ABS brakes with a knife on the driver’s throat means the viewer will watch it more carefully anticipating a thrilling finish.
That said, aren’t the baddies in pursuit driving a black Volkswagen Transporter? Will Volkswagen India show an unmarked Tata Aria driving off a cliff in their new Jetta commercial?
IndianAutosBlog.com has brought you prices of the new Swift along with the first look at the brochure. Following that up is the television commercial of the new kid in the block. The new Ad gained plenty of positive praise from the gazillion media representatives present at the event.
The objective of the video however is to provide you another look of the Swift, this time in dynamic mode. It was announced this morning that the new Swift has already crossed 50k bookings and that number is increasing by the day. The Facebook fan count has flown past the 200k mark and is looking good to steer past 250k as deliveries begin.
Remember that the new Maruti Swift, even with production lines equipped to churn out 18k units a month, will continue demanding a three month waiting period.
