Last month, we saw a custom 2018 Maruti Swift created by SS Designs. In the latest, Facebook page Modified cars Kerala has shared images of a cross-type 2018 Maruti Swift fitted with a black body kit.
The customised 2018 Maruti Swift here features a black lower body kit comprising gloss black underbody spoilers, fender flares and roof spoiler. The pillars of the car come in black colour as standard. The customised model doesn’t have aftermarket wheels. It features the stock 15-inch regular alloy wheels Maruti Suzuki offers in the ZXi and ZDi grades. The fenders seem to carry the ‘DDiS’ badge, suggesting that the engine under the hood is the 1.3-litre DDiS diesel unit.
The 2018 Maruti Swift ZDi comes with features like 15-inch alloy wheels, LED rear combination lamps, electrical adjustable and retractable ORVMs, rear defogger, rear wiper and washer, passive keyless entry, push start-stop button, leather-wrapped steering wheel, automatic climate control, adjustable front and rear seat headrests, 60:40 split rear seat and sound system with four speakers and two tweeters.
In addition to the standard safety kit comprising dual-front airbags, ABS with EBD and BA and more, the ZDi grade is equipped with reverse parking sensors and pinch guard power window (driver side) with auto up function and front fog lamps.
The 1.3-litre DDiS diesel engine produces 55.2 kW (75 PS) at 4,000 rpm and 190 Nm of torque at 2,000 rpm. It is linked to a 5-speed manual transmission or the 5-speed AGS automated manual transmission. Irrespective of the transmission selection, the fuel economy (ARAI) delivered by the diesel engine is 28.4 km/l.

The 2018 Maruti Swift ZDi retails at INR 7.49 lakh* (MT)/INR 7.96 lakh* (AMT).
