The Bajaj Dominar 400 was originally launched in three colour options.
Bajaj Auto has officially introduced the Matte Black edition for the Bajaj Dominar 400. The new colour option will help the motorcycle emerge with a bolder and macho image. The other colour options are the Moon White, Midnight Blue, and Twilight Plum.
Mechanically the Bajaj Dominar 400 Matte Black remains unchanged. The bike is powered by a 373.3 DTS-i mill coupled to a 6-speed gearbox. The engine produces 35 PS of maximum power and 35 Nm of peak torque. Key features include LED headlamp, reverse backlit LCD instrumentation, slipper clutch and stamped metal swingarm.
The Bajaj Dominar 400 also gets optional dual channel ABS which further helps increase the safety aspect. The large 320 mm front disc and 230 mm rear unit are the anchors of the bike and are standard across the range. The bike also gets a slipper clutch and LED taillamp as standard.
Bajaj says the front-heavy shape of the Bajaj Dominar 400 and light tail has been inspired from the lions of the Gir forest.
