Facelifted model will have a new front fascia with Cascading grille.
The 2018 Hyundai i20 (facelift) has been spied for the first time in Europe, featuring the usual camouflage wrap and canvas clothing. While the India-spec model is rumoured to break cover at the Auto Expo 2018 in February, the Euro-spec i20 will likely be unveiled at the 2018 Geneva Motor Show, scheduled next March.
As with the Hyundai Grand i10 and European i10, changes will be similar to both specifications, which has inspired the rendering below. While the India-spec model has horizontal chrome slats across the new hexagonal grille, the Euro-spec i20 test mule has a bolder design similar to the Hyundai i30's Cascading grille.
Otherwise, it seems to have similar headlamps, which are sleeker and have LED DRLs, restyled bumpers that's simpler and has round foglamps, new LED-powered taillamps and repositioned number plate area. The interior is expected to feature minor changes such as new fabric upholstery, trim materials, a new multi-info display as well as instrument dials.
