Bajaj Auto has announced a price reduction of up to INR 4,500 depending on the model as well as the State in which the motorcycle is purchased. This makes Bajaj the first manufacturer to pass on GST benefits to customers before the new tax structure takes effect on July 1, 2017.
Thanks to the reduced amount of taxes the production cost of manufacturers have fallen and the benefits are expected to be transferred to customers with every manufacturer. Mr Eric Vas, President, Motorcycle Business, Bajaj Auto, said
Bajaj Auto is proud to be the first and only motorcycle company in India, to offer post-GST reduced prices to customers even before the implementation date. Customers no longer need to wait for 1st July to buy their desired Bajaj Motorcycle
To know the exact amount of the discount, customers are requested to visit the nearest Bajaj dealership. The motorcycle maker had earlier increased the Bajaj Pulsar line-up by INR 1,001.
