Honda Japan has introduced the Honda X-ADV crossover which finds itself at home in urban environments as well in off-road conditions. Honda aims to sell 400 units of the crossover in Japan annually.
The Honda X-ADV was developed by Honda's Italian R&D team. The engine is capable of 54 PS of maximum power at 6,250 rpm and 68 Nm of peak torque at 4,750 rpm.
The crossover tips the scales at 238 kg and has a minimum ground clearance of 135 mm. The Honda X-ADV employs a chain drive system and also gets three riding modes. The moto-scooter is shod with 17-inch wheels up front and a 15-inch unit in the rear. It is suspended over a 41 mm upside down fork up front and a pro-link rear suspension. The fuel tank can store 13-litre of petrol while the claimed fuel efficiency is 27 km/l (WMTC).
