To commemorates three years of sales operations in India, Nissan’s budget brand Datsun has launched the GO and GO+ Anniversary editions in India. The GO Anniversary Edition is priced from INR 4.19 Lakhs, while the GO+ Anniversary Edition retails at INR 4.99 Lakhs (both ex-showroom Delhi).
The exterior of the two cars features blue and grey body graphics across the profile, hood and roof, an Anniversary Edition badge, and a large black rear spoiler at the back (body-painted in Datsun GO). Inside, both models have bright blue trim panels around the centre console, gear lever and instrument binnacle, and a two tone blue/black faux leather seat cover.
As for equipment list, the Anniversary editions come with a segment first Ambient Lighting app for mobile phones, with which the owner can select the colour of the cabin’s mood lighting from the device. It also has a single-DIN audio system with radio, USB and Aux.
Both models are powered by a 1.2L petrol engine that produces 50 kW (67.02 hp) at 4,000 rpm, paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox that sends power to the front wheels.
