The Toyota Innova Crysta was launched in India in May 2016 and has proved itself as a big hit in the market. Announcing its monthly sales for February 2017, Toyota Kirloskar Motor revealed last week that it had sold over 67,500 units of the Toyota Innova Crysta since its launch.
The Toyota Innova Crysta measures 4,735 mm in length, 1,830 mm in width and 1,795 mm in height, and has a wheelbase of 2,750 mm. It is available with three engines: 2TR-FE 2.7-litre four-cylinder petrol, 2GD-FTV 2.4-litre four-cylinder diesel and 1GD-FTV 2.8-litre four-cylinder diesel.
The 2.7-litre petrol engine produces 122 kW (166 PS) and 245 Nm of torque, and is available with a 5-speed manual transmission and a 6-speed automatic transmission. The 2.4-litre diesel engine develops 110 kW (150 PS) and 343 Nm of torque and is paired to a 5-speed manual transmission. The 2.7-litre diesel engine delivers 128 kW (174 PS) and 360 Nm of torque and is linked to a 6-speed automatic transmission.

The Toyota Innova Crysta is available in four grades: G, GX, VX and ZX, and in 7- and 8-seat seating layouts. There are total 16 different configurations available to choose from.
LED projector headlamps, electrically adjustable and retractable ORVMs with puddle lamps, 16-inch alloy wheels, TFT MID, leather-wrapped steering wheel, leather-wrapped gearshift lever knob, touchscreen infotainment system with navigation and 6-speaker sound system are the MPV's equipment highlights. Safety features include seven airbags, ABS with EBD and BA, VSC and HAC.
The Toyota Innova is priced from INR 13,98,800 for the petrol, and INR 14,24,500 for the diesel variant (ex-showroom Delhi).
