India-bound Audi Q2 showcased at the BIMS 2017

Audi is now represented by Meister Technik in Thailand.

The India-bound Audi Q2 made its Thai debut at the 2017 Bangkok International Motor Show, along with a new authorised distributor, Meister Technik. The Audi Q2 is now on sale at an introductory price of 2.299 million baht.

The Q2 is the smallest product in the Audi Thailand range, measuring 4,191 mm long, 1,794 mm (2,009 mm with mirrors) wide, 1,508 mm tall, has a wheelbase of 2,601 mm and a 200 mm ride height. It features angular projector headlamps with LED DRLs, octagonal grille, 3-part intake in the front bumper, body-painted cladding, LED taillamps, matte black C-pillar and silver skid plates on the front and rear bumpers. The grey model with titanium black styling trim and 19-inch rims is the Audi Q2 Edition #1.

The Q2 comes with an all black interior that looks simple and has fewer buttons. The base variant has a freestanding MMI high-res colour display operated using a rotary/push-button control and two buttons on the centre tunnel, manual climate control, steering mounted buttons, and a regular instrument cluster.

Under the hood is a 1.4-litre TFSI engine with 150 hp and 250 Nm of torque from 1,500 to 3,500 rpm, paired with an S-Tronic automatic gearbox.
