As part of the DC Lounge catalogue, DC Design has revealed the Toyota Innova Crysta ‘Lounge First’ customization package, which basically turns the rear portion of the cabin into a First Class lounge like experience.
What DC have basically done is strip the seats, interior trim, and floors from the second and third rows, and added two, thick airplane-style captain chairs with power adjustments, tan leather upholstery and an ottoman. The cabin colour is also tan and comes adorned with wood, gloss black and aluminium embellishers. Even the stock carpet floor has been ditched for wooden floorboards.
Some of the options available in Lounge First are a comprehensive entertainment system that integrates two large screens on the partition between the rear cabin and driver, fancy starlight roof liner and automatic window sunblinds. The exterior can also be had with a sportier body kit that comprises of bigger bumpers and side skirts.
The Innova Crysta is sold in India with three engine options: 2TR-FE 2.7-litre four-cylinder petrol with a 5-speed manual or 6-speed AT, 2GD-FTV 2.4-litre four-cylinder diesel with a 6-speed manual and 1GD-FTV 2.8-litre four-cylinder diesel with a 6-speed AT.
