2017 Royal Enfield Classic 350 BSIV reaches dealership

The Redditch series of the Classic 350 range pays tribute to the original Royal Enfield motorcycles built in Redditch, UK.

The 2017 Royal Enfield Classic 350 BSIV with Auto Headlamp On (AHO), has reached dealerships in the national capital. Even the Redditch series of bikes have been updated to meet the upcoming emission norms.

Colour options for the BSIV compliant Royal Enfield Classic 350 includes Ash, Chestnut, Lagoon, Silver, Black, Redditch Red, Redditch Green and Redditch Blue. Building on the legacy and retro appeal, the Classic 350 is at present the largest selling model for the Chennai-based motorcycle manufacturer.

The bike is suspended over 35 mm telescopic forks up front and twin gas charged shock absorbers with 5-step adjustable preload in the rear. Brakes include a 280 mm disc in the front with 2 piston caliper and a 153 mm drum setup in the rear.

The powertrain of the 2017 Royal Enfield Classic 350 BSIV is the same as the Thunderbird 350. Coupled to a 5-speed gearbox, the 346 cc mill is capable of producing 19.8 bhp of maximum power and 28 Nm of peak torque.
