The 2017 Hero Passion Pro BSIV has started reaching dealerships. The motorcycle also gains Auto Headlamp On (AHO).
Powering the bike is a 97.2 cc air-cooled, single cylinder, OHC mill coupled to a 4-speed gearbox. In the BSIII state, the engine is capable of producing 8.36 PS of maximum power at 8,000 rpm and 8.05 Nm of peak torque at 5,000 rpm. Brakes include 130 mm drum unit all around. A disc brake variant with a 240 mm front disc is also on offer.
The Hero Passion Pro is suspended telescopic hydraulic forks up front and dual shocks in the rear with 5-step adjustability. The bike gets 18-inch wheels and 6-spoke cast alloy wheel. Features include body coloured rear view mirror and i3S fuel saving technology. Positioned as an executive commuter, the Hero Passion Pro has a ground clearance of 165 mm.

Colour options for the Hero Passion Pro include Matte Brown, Mystic White, Black with Sports Red, Black with Frost Blue, Bronze Yellow, Force Silver, Black with Heavy Grey and Sports Red.
The BSIII version of the Hero Passion Pro i3S was priced in the range of INR 50,955 to INR 53,805 (both prices ex-showroom, Delhi). The BSIV version is expected to be a few hundreds more expensive than the outgoing version.
