Will go on sale in Fall 2017 (September-December 2017).
The thirteenth generation Ford F-150 has received its mid-life facelift for MY2018. The new F-150 has been revealed today at the 2017 North American International Auto Show in Detroit.
From XL to the range-topping Limited, all models of the 2018 Ford F-150 feature new grilles, headlamps and bumpers. The facelifted F-150 gets even all-new six all-new wheel designs with sizes ranging from 17- to 22-inches, a new sculpted tailgate with deeper accent form and new tail lamp designs.
Inside, the 2018 Ford F-150 will be available with two new seating trim colors – Dark Marsala (Platinum) and Navy Pier (Limited), carbon-fiber appearance appliques (XLT Sport and Lariat Sport) and new Kingsville Appointed seats (King Ranch). Technology highlights of the new F-150 include segment-first adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go functionality and Pre-Collision Assist with Pedestrian Detection, embedded 4G LTE modem for a Wi-Fi hotspot and new B&O PLAY audio system.
The most important change in the Ford F-150 range arriving with the facelift is in the engine options. New F-150 buyers will be able to select an all-new 3.0-liter Power Stroke diesel engine. The standard 3.5-liter V6 engine has been replaced by an all-new, standard 3.3-liter V6 engine. The 5.0-liter V8 engine will have significant upgrades for increased power and torque and will be paired to an 8-speed automatic transmission for the first time.
