Honda showcased the tenth-gen Honda Civic at the 2016 Oman Motor Show held earlier this month. The all-new Honda Civic sedan measures 4,630 mm/4,650 mm in length, 1,799 mm in width and 1,416 mm in height, and has a wheelbase of 2,700 mm and a ground clearance of 133 mm/125 mm. It's available with three engine options.
The base engine is a 1.6-litre four-cylinder petrol unit producing 123 hp and 151 Nm of torque. Moving up the range, there's a 2.0-litre four-cylinder petrol unit good for 158 hp and 187 Nm of torque. The top-end option is the 1.5-litre turbocharged four-cylinder unit which develops 180 hp and 220 Nm of torque. Power is sent to the front wheels via a continuously variable transmission.
The Honda Civic sedan is available in DX, LX, LXI, EXI and RS trim levels in Oman. Seen in the images here, is the Civic RS. LED headlights with LED daytime running lights, power door mirrors, C-shaped tail lights with LED light bars, rear spoiler, electric parking brake, 7-inch Display Audio touchscreen infotainment system and Honda LANEWATCH blind-spot camera are some of the car's key features.
The all-new Honda Civic sedan is available in ten colours: Taffeta White, Polished Metal Metallic, Crystal Black Pearl, White Orchid Pearl, Modern Steel Metallic, Lunar Silver Metallic, Cosmic Blue Metallic, Midnight Burgundy Pearl, Carnelian Red Pearl and Brilliant Sporty Blue Metallic. Its interior can be specified in either Ivory or Black.
