The Honda BR-V, despite its high price tag, had missed out on a touchscreen infotainment system. A newspaper advertisement from Kerala reveals that Honda is set to make amends now. The soft-roader gains a new 15.7 cm touchscreen infotainment system with playback for reverse parking camera. Navigation system is also being offered.

The soft-roader is offered in India with a 1.5 litre petrol mill coupled with a 6 speed manual or a CVT (with paddle shifters) gearbox. The engine is capable of producing 119 PS of power and 145 Nm of torque. The Honda BR-V diesel gets the 1.5 litre i-DTEC Earth Dreams mill with a 6-speed manual transmission. The engine is capable of producing 100 PS of maximum power and 200 Nm of peak torque.
