To launch in Malaysia tomorrow.
Funtasticko has managed to photograph the upcoming Proton Ertiga from all angles, ahead of its launch in Malaysia scheduled for tomorrow. The rebadged Suzuki Ertiga is the first product from the Proton-Suzuki's partnership announced last February.
The few differences between the Suzuki Ertiga and Proton Ertiga are the Proton badges on the grille and tailgate, and that it doesn't get 'Ertiga' engraved on the rear chrome garnish. Otherwise it looks identical, complete with the same alloy wheel design. The Proton Ertiga measures 4,265 mm long, 1,695 mm wide, 1,685 mm tall and has a wheelbase of 2,740 mm.
Under the hood is Suzuki's 1.4L K14B four cylinder petrol engine with VVT that outputs 92 PS (90.71 hp) at 6,000 rpm and 130 Nm of torque at 4,000 rpm. Transmission options include a 5-speed manual gearbox or a 4-speed automatic, which sends power to the front wheels.
