For the compact SUV, MG has brought back the ZS nameplate, which was used briefly last decade on a sedan.

Based on a shortened version of the MG GS platform, the new MG ZS will rival compact SUVs like the Nissan Juke, Ssangyong Tivoli, Buick Encore and the Hyundai ix25 (Creta). Prices are expected to stretch from 80,000 yuan to 120,000 yuan in China. Like the GS, MG will also launch the ZS in the U.K at a later time.
