All-new model lands in India days after its world premiere in Germany.
Days after its unveiling at Intermot 2016, the all-new Triumph Bonneville T100 has landed in India for a price of INR 7.78 (ex-showroom Delhi). Its lighter and more accessible than the T120, and has a shorter wheelbase, rake and rail.
The 2017 Triumph Bonneville T100 is powered by an all-new 900 cc parallel twin engine of the Triumph Street Twin. Producing 55 PS (54 hp/40.5 kW) at 5,900 rpm and 80 Nm (up 18% from the outgoing model) of torque 3,230 rpm, the new engine is more fuel-efficient and delivers a deeper exhaust note. The liquid-cooled engine is paired to a new 5-speed transmission.
Along with new engine and transmission, the 2017 Triumph Bonneville T100 has new chassis and suspension set-up as well, which are claimed to have significantly improved comfort levels. Among other changes, are addition of ride-by-wire, traction and (standard) ABS. The T100 is fitted with custom developed Pirelli Phantom Sportscomp tyres as standard.

Key features of the 2017 Bonneville T100 are, torque assist clutch, deep chrome mirrors, mudguard stays, handlebars and bezel and LED tail lights. There are over 150 accessories available optionally, including heated grips, tank bags, leather and leather canvas mix panniers, a centre stand and grab rail and cruise control.
Three colour schemes are available to choose from: Aegean Blue and Fusion White with hand painted coach lines, Intense Orange and New England White with hand painted coach lines and Jet Black.
