A Team-BHP member has posted the following information regarding the SUV. Here is a gist of features, the Tata Hexa will reportedly come with -
- Fuel tank capacity of 60 liters.
- Voice-activated commands for the instrument cluster display and infotainment system (on XM/XT variants)
- Instrument cluster with different color zones of display for fuel level - Green, Orange & Red
- DTE (Distance to Empty)
- A "Juke Car" application will be available for download for all Hexa owners. Similar to the Tiago, it will allow around 5 smart-phones to be paired to the Hexa
- HHC (Hill Hold Control) with a 3 second delay
- Foldable type key-fob
- 19-inch alloy wheels
- Tagline used for the Hexa is "Confident Luxury"
- Dual airbags are standard, the XT variants get 6 airbags
- ABS standard across the range
- ESP offered on XT
- Base Hexa XE has a 5-speed gearbox, other variants get 6-speed MT/AT
- 10-speaker audio system on XM and XT variants
- Other safety features include EBD, VDC (Vehicle Dynamic Control), ROM (Roll-Over Mitigation, with ESP), HBA (Hydraulic Brake Assist), HHC/HDC (Hill Hold Control/Hill Descent Control) and TCS (Traction Control System)
The report also outlines the service schedules for the Tata Hexa. The first free service is at 3 months/5,000 kms (whichever is earlier), the second service at 6 months/10,000 kms, and the last free service is at 12 months/20,000 km. Subsequent paid services are at intervals of 12 months/20,000 km. As standard, the Hexa comes with a warranty of 3 years/1,50,000 km.
