No official word yet on the next-gen Duke 390.
Though the next-generation 2017 KTM Duke 390 did not make its debut at the ongoing INTERMOT 2016 expo in Cologne, Germany, KTM is showcasing the KTM RC 390 in a new paint scheme.
The new paint scheme combines a black body color with white decals and a new font type on the fairing for the 'RC' and '390' logos. There are no other changes on the display bike.
The KTM RC 390 and Duke 390 for the European market get a conventional exhaust which is EU-4 compliant, whereas these motorcycles in India get an underbelly exhaust. The India-spec model also misses out on the ride-by-wire system.
The KTM RC390 continues to be powered by the 373.2 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine capable of 43.5 PS and 35 Nm of torque, paired to a 6-speed gearbox. It is based on a powder coated, steel trellis frame and features upside down forks up front and a monoshock at the rear.
