Bring more freshness to Tata's sub-4 segment models.
IAB reader Lalit Deore has emailed us spyshots of the Tata Kite 5 and Tata Nexon parked side by side, featuring a full body camouflage. The launch of both models is scheduled next year.
Both the Kite 5 and Nexon made their local debut at the Auto Expo 2016 last February. The former is Tata’s third sub-4m sedan that will slot below the Tata Zest. It measures 3,995 mm in length, 1,647 mm in width, 1,535 mm in height and 2,450 mm in wheelbase. The exterior can be summarised as a Tata Tiago with a stubby boot that offers 420 litres of luggage capacity.
The Nexon is Tata's first sub-4m SUV that will rival the Maruti Vitara Brezza and Ford EcoSport. It measures 3,995 mm long and has a ground clearance of 200 mm. Top-end variants will feature projector headlights, a ceramic side finisher, dual tone colour option, 16-inch alloy wheels, LED taillights and LED daytime running lights and a gloss black mesh grille.

Apart from manual gearboxes, both models will offer AMT options.
