The exterior styling of the next gen Hyundai Verna is an evolutionary step up from the outgoing model, falling inline with the company's latest range. It features a large hexagonal grille with chrome embellishers, sleek projector headlamps with LED DRLs, sportier bumpers and angular foglamps, LED taillamps and a moulded spoiler.
The China-spec Hyundai Verna model has an all-black interior with silver trim around the center console and HVAC vents, new three spoke steering wheel with buttons, new instrument cluster and drops the ‘waterfall’ dashboard for floating design instead. The model showcased was equipped with automatic climate control, sunroof, a large touchscreen AVN system, cruise control, parking sensors and start/stop button.

For the Indian market, though unconfirmed, Hyundai will additionally offer the popular diesel engine choices (1.4- and 1.6-liter CRDi units) paired to 6-speed manual and automatic transmissions.
