Multiple (Maruti) Suzuki S-Cross (facelift) spied at factory

Could debut in the coming days.
Suzuki Car Blog has acquired a spyshot of multiple (Maruti) Suzuki S-Cross facelift units at the factory in Hungary, ahead of its debut in the coming days.
As seen leaked images and spyshots, the facelifted S-Cross gets a new front fascia, featuring an upright grille with vertical slats, new projector headlamps, redesigned bumper with a larger radiator grille and new foglamp enclosures. Its side profile and rear end appears to be identical to the outgoing model, save for new alloy rim designs.
Changes inside the facelifted S-Cross are limited to updated instrument cluster dials with new MID, new trim options for the dashboard, updated interior color combinations and seat upholstery with contrast stitching.
Suzuki is likely to replace the 1.6L petrol engine with the all-new 1.4-litre, direct-injection, turbocharged Boosterjet petrol engine sourced from the Suzuki Vitara S, capable of 140 hp and 220 Nm of torque. For markets like the U.K, a 1.6L diesel engine will be offered in the diesel variant. Transmission options include a 6-speed manual or automatic transmissions, while Suzuki’s AllGrip AWD system could be optional.
