Reported to get a 1.4L turbocharged engine.
The image below shows the initial demo/display units of the (Maruti) Suzuki S-Cross facelift outside a Suzuki dealership in Hungary. The market launch of the S-Cross facelift is expected to take place anytime now, and deliveries are anticipated to start in the coming weeks.
Designers have opted for an all-new front fascia with redesigned headlights adding a LED light guide, an all-new chrome grille with vertical slats, and a new front bumper with chrome highlights for the foglight enclosures.
There are no changes to the side of the crossover save for a new diamond-cut alloy wheel design. At the rear, the taillights get a mild redesign save for which the S-Cross facelift looks similar to the outgoing model.
According to some reports, the S-Cross facelift will get the 1.4-liter turbocharged Boosterjet petrol engine which is currently available on the Suzuki Vitara S. This engine is expected to deliver 140 bhp, and should be available with standard front-wheel drive and optional AllGrip all-wheel drive. Transmission choices could include a manual and a CVT gearbox.

While Europe and U.K. will get the S-Cross facelift this year, the Indian market is expected to get the updated crossover only in 2017. It is available with 1.3- and 1.6-liter diesel engines in India.
