Gets new LED headlamps and slightly facelifted exterior.
A facelift for the China-spec Honda Jade is in the works, as seen in spyshots of an undisguised prototype from Autohome.cn. It will launch in the Chinese market later this year.
The facelifted Honda Jade gets new LED headlamps, extra chrome detailing on the grille and a revised bumper with separate LED strips instead of foglamps. Changes at the rear-end are limited to the bumper, which features a silver garnish and dual exhaust tailpipes. The taillamp cluster arrangement also seems to have been updated for a new look.
Manufactured by the Dongfeng-Honda JV, the Jade measures 4,645mm long, 1,775mm wide, 1,500mm tall, and has a wheelbase of 2,760mm. It could be launched with Honda's new 1.5L TURBO engine that is already available in the Jade RS sold in Japan.

It produces 150 PS (148 hp) at 5,500 rpm and 203 Nm (150lb-ft) of torque between 1,600 and 5,000 rpm. The new turbocharged engine is likely to be mated to a CVT with Earthdreams technology as well as paddle shifters on the steering.
