Should go on sale by end of 2016.
The 2016 Dacia Sandero (facelift) has been spied testing for the first time, courtesy Motor1. The facelifted Dacia Sandero is being tested along with the facelifted Dacia Logan MCV, and both new models will reportedly debut at the 2016 Paris Motor Show in September.
The Dacia Sandero facelift gets a new radiator grille similar to that of the Dacia Duster. The grille is partially camouflaged, but it seems like it is made of two layers of four small intakes surrounding the Dacia logo. Two other visible changes are the restyled bumper and tweaked headlamps. The profile seems to have remained unchanged, while at the back, the stoplamps seem to have been tweaked with the turn signals moved to the bottom.
With the facelift, the Dacia Sandero could continue with the current engines with displacements ranging from 0.9- to 1.5-litre engines. However, the different exhaust on the engineering mule hints that Renault may have deeper powertrain changes.

The changes applied to the Sandero should also be seen on the 2016 Dacia Logan and the 2016 Dacia Logan MCV. All three models should go on sale in Europe by the end of 2016 or in early 2017.
