The petrol engine is the 1.6-liter four cylinder engine with 122 bhp and 154 Nm of torque. It is paired to a conventional 6-speed automatic gearbox that sends power to the front wheels. Hyundai haven't revealed an ARAI-certified fuel mileage, yet.
Currently, there is no rival with a petrol automatic option in the segment, although that could change when the Honda BR-V is launched in the country, as it is expected to be offered with a 1.5-liter i-VTEC engine paired to a CVT. The nearest rival is the smaller and less powerful Ford EcoSport, which packs a 1.5-liter Ti-VCT petrol engine and a 6-speed DCT gearbox.
