This could be the Auto Expo showcase vehicle.
A 2016 VW Tiguan was spied at a VW dealership in Bangalore, courtesy of Thilak Reddy. It appears to be the model showcased at the Auto Expo 2016. Since it's a LHD model, it's certainly not for sale, and could be the same Auto Expo showcase vehicle.
The latest VW Tiguan features a pair of angular LED headlamps with LED DRLs directly flowing into a grille, large 18 inch diamond cut alloy rims, a small chrome element on the front wing, a chrome line that runs across the side, chrome underlining for the window line, and roof rails.
Compared to first generation VW Tiguan, the new model has grown in size, measuring 4485 mm long (70 mm increase), 1839 mm (30.5 mm increase) wide, 1633 mm high (33 mm lower), and has a wheelbase of 2682 mm (76 mm longer).
