Jimny has been in existence since 1998.
The Suzuki Jimny Adventure Special Edition has been launched in the UK with a limited production run of 200 units. It is based on the top-end SZ4 variant and is priced at £14,949 (INR 14.41 lakhs) which is £1,000 (INR 95,000) dearer than the SZ4.
The standard features on the Jimny Adventure include the SZ4's Dark Silver 15-inch alloy wheels, rear privacy glass and synthetic leather seats while the special features are a hard spare wheel cover with ‘Adventure’ logo, full-screen satellite navigation system with Bluetooth connectivity and a dual tone body colour comprising of Pearl White Metallic and Quasar Grey.

There is no mechanical change in the Adventure model. It is powered by the same all-alloy 16 valve 1.3-litre engine with VVT that delivers 39.8 mpg (16.94 km/l) in the combined cycle driving. The motor produces 85 PS (63 KW) at 6,000 rpm and 110 Nm (81 lb.ft) at 4,100 rpm, and the CO2 emissions of the Jimny is 162 g/km.
