Features a throughly facelifted exterior and interior.
The 2016 Chevrolet Trailblazer Premier (facelift) has made its global premiere at the 2016 Bangkok International Motor Show today. It is a near-production concept that features a thoroughly updated exterior and interior.
Dubbed as the Trailblazer Premier, the front gets a new face that is similar to the Chevrolet Colorado sold in the U.S. It gets sleeker headlamps with LED DRLs, wider grille and a new bumper design with round fog lamps. Changes at the rear are limited to new clusters for the taillamps.
The interior adopts an all new dashboard design that ditches the waterfall approach for a new floating design. It will come equipped with an 8 inch MyLink infotainment display with support for Apple CarPlay, more chrome embellishments across the cabin, and a slightly updated instrument cluster.
Being a near-production concept, GM Thailand have not confirmed the engine lineup for the facelifted Trailblazer. It's likely to retain the current engine lineup, which includes a 2.5-litre Duramax diesel engine that produces 120 kW (163 hp) and 380 Nm of torque, the 2.8-litre Duramax diesel engine that produces 147 kW (200 hp) and 500 Nm of torque and a 3.6-litre V6 petrol engine (Middle East market) that produces 277 hp and 357 Nm of torque will likely continue being offered.
