Expected to launch next month.
A new product named the Bajaj CT100 B has been snapped at a dealership by BikesIndia. It is expected to be launched in the coming weeks.
The CT100 B appears to be a base version of the company's entry-level commuter, the Bajaj CT100, which was relaunched last year. Compared to the latter, the new model has the same body graphics, a lone round headlamp in place of a bikini fairing, circular rear view mirrors, new seat structure that covers the area of a tail piece, a luggage carrier that is integrated into the pillion grab rail, and a triangular taillamp.
The Bajaj CT100 B is likely to be the most affordable product in Bajaj's lineup. It is expected to be powered by the existing CT100's 99.27 cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine in the same state of tune which is 8.2 PS at 7,500 rpm and 8.05 Nm at 4,500 rpm. The four-speed gearbox is also likely to be carried over.

Given that the existing Bajaj CT100 is priced at INR 35,034 for the spoke wheels variant and at INR 38,034 for the alloy wheels version, the CT100 B can be expected to be priced close to INR 32,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi). There is no self start feature in any of the CT100 variants.
