Expected to launch this financial year.
According to a report on Car And Bike, the Renault Duster facelift will be showcased at the Auto Expo 2016, which is set to take place in the first week of February 2016.
The Duster facelift for the Indian market will borrow styling cues from the Brazilian model. New headlight clusters with integrated daytime running lights, new front and rear bumpers and new alloy wheel patterns are part of the changes on the outside.
Inside, the Duster facelift for India is likely to get a new center console with piano-black finish, new seat fabrics, and perhaps the most important update will be the introduction of an automated manual transmission (AMT). According to reports, the AMT will be offered on the Duster diesel running on the 110 PS tune. It will primarily target the Hyundai Creta AT and the Mahindra Scorpio AT, which use a conventional torque-converter 6-speed gearbox.

The Duster facelift for the Indian market will continue with the 1.5-liter K9K dCi diesel engine. Renault offers two engine tunes on this unit: 85 PS and 110 PS. While the former is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission, the latter gets a 6-speed manual unit. The latter is also offered in 2WD and 4WD guises, which is expected to continue with the facelifted model as well.
