Maruti S-Cross with dual-tone interior, wood finish snapped at dealership – IAB Report
Aravind Jayachandran, I'm a huge petrolhead, an automobile engineer, a massive fan of Ferrari, and loves collecting die-cast models for inspiration.
An IAB reader has snapped a one-off Maruti S Cross, featuring an exclusive interior color combination and cabin trim that is commissioned by the respective dealer. Note that the regular Maruti S-Cross comes with an all black interior with silver trim.
The Maruti S-Cross featured here has a dual tone beige and brown interior, a beige leather wrapped steering wheel with wood trim, floor carpets, wood trim on the lower center console and door panels, diamond quilted leather upholstery, leather-wrapped gear and handbrake levers.
Other equipment already available in the regular model (top-end Alpha trim) include electric folding ORVMs, Automatic Climate control, rear center armrest, parcel tray, Smartplay infotainment system and push-button start/stop, cruise control, rain-sensing wipers, automatic projector headlamps and 16-inch alloy wheels.
The S-Cross is Maruti’s flagship model that rides on a brand new platform. It measures 4,300 mm long, 1,765 mm wide, 1,590 mm tall and has a wheelbase of 2,600 mm. To tackle Indian road conditions, the ground clearance is rated at 180 mm (unladen).
