The Honda CR-V Series II 4WD Limited Edition has been launched exclusively for the Australian market at a national drive-away price of AU$35,690 (INR 17,18,258). It is based on the four-wheel drive VTi variant and comes at an additional cost of AU$1,700 (INR 81,850).
This limited edition is distinguished on the by unique fog lights, 18-inch alloy wheels, side steps and an exclusive red Limited Edition badge on the tail gate.
Since this variant will be produced in limited numbers, Honda has thrown in a lot of features as standard. Some of them are a 7.0-inch Display Audio touch screen infotainment system, front and rear parking sensors, rain-sensing wipers and dusk-sensing automatic headlights.
The CR-V Series II 4WD Limited Edition also features Honda’s LaneWatch blind spot monitoring system. This system shows the driver the view of traffic in the blind spot of the passenger side with a camera on the passenger door mirror. The feed from the door-mirror camera is displayed in real-time on the infotainment system screen.
Motive power is provided by the 2.4-litre i-VTEC naturally aspirated four-cylinder petrol engine that churns out 140 kW (188 hp) and 222 Nm of torque, coupled to a 5-speed automatic transmission.
