To rival the BMW X4 and Range Rover Evoque.
Taking the direction of the Mercedes GLE duo, the company will soon introduce a Mercedes GLC Coupe, which is currently undergoing testing in its final production guise. It is likely to debut at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show next March.

As with most of the GLC Coupe prototypes, the sloping rear end has been covered up to keep the design under wraps. It's likely to look similar to the Mercedes GLC Coupe Concept that the company revealed at the Auto Shanghai 2015. For a better perspective, it will look like a mini-GLE Coupe with the regular GLC’s elements.
The interior is expected to be virtually identical to the Mercedes GLC. It will feature the same design as in the Mercedes GLC. It comes with a freestanding COMAND infotainment system, ARTICO leather seat upholstery with contrast stitching, a Head-Up display and optional Burmester audio system.

As with the interior, the GLC Coupe could also borrow the lineup from its more-practical brother, which include 220 d, 250 d, and 250 4MATIC (petrol) variants, capable of 170 PS & 400 Nm, 204 PS & 500 Nm, and 211 PS & 350 Nm, respectively. A GLC 350 e 4MATIC plug-in hybrid model is also in the cards, which has a 211 PS petrol engine and a 116 PS electric motor, offering 34 km pure electric range.
