The new Pajero Sport features Mitsubishi’s “Dynamic Shield” front end, which features extensive chrome elements in the front fascia, sleek headlamps with LED daytime running lights, and a dynamic bumper design. The rear end has a striking pair of vertical taillight clusters and a new tailgate design.

Inside, the Mitsubishi Pajero Sport gets a premium interior, with a new 4-spoke multifunction steering wheel design, flowing center console with sculpted silver accents, and leather upholstery.

The Indonesian-spec Pajero Sport could carry over the equipment from the Thai-spec model, which include a touchscreen infotainment display, optional “Multi-Around” camera system, and electric parking brake. Safety features include Forward Collision Mitigation system (FCM), Blind Spot Warning system (first on a Mitsubishi model), an Ultrasonic mis-acceleration Mitigation System (UMS) and seven airbags.

Powering the new Pajero Sport is a 2.4L MIVEC turbo diesel engine paired to an 8-speed automatic transmission (first for a Mitsubishi model). Power is sent to all wheels via a Super-Select 4WD-II four-wheel drive system with a new Off-road Mode and Hill Descent Control.
