To be launched in the first half of 2016.
Renault has taken the covers off the Renault Talisman Initiale Paris edition at the ongoing 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show. The Initiale Paris edition sits on top of the four other variants of the Renault Talisman.
Set to be launched in the first half of 2016, the Talisman Initiale Paris edition will get an exclusive Amethyste Black exterior finish, special full-grain Nappa leather upholstery, and improved sound proofing thanks to the laminated side windows.
Apart from these, the edition will also receive front seats that are adjustable on the fore/aft for about 60 mm in length. This is in addition to the 10 possible settings, eight of which are electrically adjustable, that are already present in the seats.
Based on the recently unveiled Renault Talisman Estate, the special edition will also be powered by the same two petrol engines - Energy TCe 150 and Energy TCe 200 - and three diesel engines - Energy dCi 110, Energy dCi 130, and twin turbo Energy dCi 160.
While the petrol engines are mated to seven-speed dual clutch EDC automatic transmission, the smallest diesel engine gets either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed dual clutch EDC automatic transmission. As for the dCi 130, it either gets the 6-speed manual or a 6-speed dual clutch EDC transmission. The dCi 160 is mated exclusively to the latter of the two boxes mentioned above.
