Maruti Swift SP Limited Edition priced from INR 5.15 Lakhs – Report

Diesel variant costs INR 6.20 Lakhs.

According to GaadiWaadi, the Maruti Swift SP Limited Edition is priced at INR 5.15 Lakhs (ex-showroom) for the petrol variant, and INR 6.20 Lakhs (ex-showroom) for the diesel model. Initial units have already begun arriving at Maruti dealerships across India.

The Maruti Swift SP is based on the entry level “L” trim level, and comes with most of the features that are otherwise fitted as standard in the higher “V” and “Z” trim levels, thus offering a savings of upto INR 21,000 and additional benefits worth INR 10,630.

Exterior features of the Maruti Swift SP include limited edition wheel covers, fog lamps, blackened A-pillar, body colored ORVMs and ‘SP’ badges on the driver side door and rear hatch. Inside, the Maruti Swift SP gets a 4-speaker audio system with Bluetooth connectivity, reverse parking sensors, memory foam SP branded cushions, sporty seat and steering wheel covers, power-operated windows, central locking with keyless entry and 60:40 rear split seats.

The Maruti Swift SP also comes with a 2-DIN audio system with Bluetooth connectivity as standard.

It’s unclear as to how many examples of the Maruti Swift SP will be available during the festive season. The limited edition model will help generate more sales for the company in the festive season, and appeal to customers who are looking for a decent level of equipment at a lower price.
