Mahindra will announce the launch of the highly anticipated Mahindra TUV300 on September 10. Ahead of its launch, several dealers have begun accepting pre-orders for the sub-4m SUV at a minimum amount of INR 20,000.
According to Autocar India, the Mahindra TUV300 will likely come in three variants: T4, T6 and T8 variants. The main features available for each variant are given below:
- Mahindra TUV300 T4 - three exterior colors (red, black, silver), air conditioning, power steering, power windows, ABS and front airbags (optional).
- Mahindra TUV300 T6 - three exterior colors (white, silver and black), body coloured bumpers, door handles and ORVMs, AMT gearbox (optional).
- Mahindra TUV300 T8 - Six exterior colors (red, white, silver, black, blue and orange), alloy wheels, ABS and airbags, AMT gearbox (optional), Bluetooth connectivity, power operated ORVMs, steering mounted controls

The Mahindra TUV300 will offer a couple of jump seats in the third row, essentially making it a 5+2 seater. It is based on a new platform, and is powered by a new mHawk 80 diesel engine, which is expected to have better fuel consumption over the Mahindra Quanto.
