Improved styling and suspension is the highlight.
Harley Davidson India has announced the new prices of select 2016 models and the Road King. The upgraded models feature new colours, and improved cosmetics, mechanicals and features.
The revised Dark Custom theme has been introduced in India via the 2016 versions of Street 750, Iron 883 and Forty-Eight. The 2016 Heritage Softail Classic has also debuted, and the renowned tourer, the Road King has been launched in the country.

The 2016 Street 750 carries some customer-led improvements including revised suspension for enhanced handling in city conditions, upgraded front and rear braking systems and better routing of wiring harness. A new colour has been added, titled Superior Blue.
The HD Sportster models including Iron 883 and Forty-Eight are given an all-new suspension system on the front and the rear. Both these models are fitted with improved seats too. The 2016 Iron 883 runs on lighter wheels and the Forty-Eight gets new mag wheels. The former receives a new colour option named Black Denim, and the latter gets Velocity Red Sunglo.
The HD Softail models are given a significant mechanical upgrade in the form of the High Output Twin Cam 103 engine which used to be available only on the Touring lineup. This hikes the power output on all the Softail models. In addition, the Heritage Softail Classic gets new saddlebags, and cruise control as a standard feature.
The HD Road King is a 371 kg tourer that is powered by a 1,690 cc air-cooled Twin Cam 103 engine with Integrated Oil-Cooler that produces 138 Nm at 3,500 rpm and delivers 17.85 km/l.
