Characteristic exterior features include a triple-slat grille with chrome inserts, silver colored foglamp housing, vertically-positioned taillamps, and a bold chrome garnish with the nameplate embossed at the back. It also gets LED DRLs, roof spoiler, 16-inch multi-spoke alloy rims and projector headlamps.

Inside, the Renault Lodgy borrows design cues from the Renault Duster SUV, as seen in the instrument cluster, center console, and gear lever. It features a new steering wheel design, a 7-inch MEDIANAV infotainment display, cruise control, power operated ORVMs, leather upholstery and foldable tray tables for occupants in the second row. The Renault Lodgy is available as a 7 seater (with 2 captain seats in the second row) or the conventional 8-seater arrangement.
