Powered by a 149.16cc engine.
TMCBlog has uploaded a few images of the all-new 2016 Honda CB150R, which is expected to have its Indonesian premiere in the coming weeks.
The image of the front shows a chiseled tank, an aggressively styled headlight cluster, and slim turn indicators while that of the rear reveals a sharply cut taillight cluster with LED elements. The publication also has an image of the instrument cluster, a full LCD unit, which to some extent looks similar to the Unicorn 160's cluster.
According to the report, the CB150R will be powered by a 149.16 cc single-cylinder engine though finer aspects such as the power and torque outputs remain unknown. This 149.16 cc engine could be an adaptation of the CBR150R's liquid-cooled 149.4 cc engine, which develops 18.28 bhp and 12.66 Nm of torque on the Indian model.
TMCBlog says the same engine with a different bore diameter could have resulted in the CB150R's slightly smaller displacement unit. Further, the report expects the new CB150R's price to start at around 18.7 million IDR (INR 89,000).

The CB150R is unlikely to be sold in India as Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) already offers the 150 cc CB Trigger, which itself is due for a facelift.
