Powered by a 1.4-liter K-Series engine.
Suzuki in Indonesia have launched an all-new variant on the Swift called the Swift GS. According to local media reports, the Swift GS aims to plug a potential gap between the regular Swift and the performance Swift Sport.
The Swift GS, similar to the Swift RX sold in Thailand, gets projector headlights with HID (High density discharge) lights with an auto-leveling feature. A sporty grille, 16-inch alloy wheels, a rear spoiler and new taillight clusters inspired by the Swift Sport are other additions on the outside.
Inside, the Swift Sport gets a new seat cover design with silver stitching, a silver finish for the gearlever and cruise control. Available exclusively in the top-end GX variant, the Swift GS is powered by the 1.4-liter K-Series petrol engine which is capable of developing 95 PS and 130 Nm of torque. Suzuki offers either a 5-speed manual or a 4-speed automatic transmission on the hatchback. The Swift GS is priced at 214.4 million IDR (INR 10.27 lakhs).
