Features changes similar to the BMW 3-Series Sport Line sedan.
BMW has launched the "Sport Line" variant of the BMW 3 Series GT in India, starting at INR 39.90 Lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi). Although it may not look as sporty as the full-blown M Performance package, it does feature changes that add a sense of dynamic character to the car.
Like the 3-Series Sport Line sedan, it features gloss black-painted vertical slats for the kidney grille (instead of silver in the standard model), a slightly revised bumper, side window frames in matte black, and an exclusive set of 17 inch Sports alloy rims.
Inside, the Sport Line variant comes with aluminum entry sills with 'BMW Sport' etched, sports steering wheel and seats upholstered in leather with red contrast stitching, and fine-wood interior trim with Pearl Chrome accents. Also equipped is a customizable ambient lighting that can be set in either orange or white.
Power is sourced from the same 2.0 turbo 4-cylinder diesel motor producing 184 bhp at 4,000 rpm and 380 Nm at 1,750 rpm. It is paired to an 8-speed ZF automatic that drives the rear wheels.
